Who stole Lisa's college fund?

On The Simpsons Season 30 Episode 22, the residents of Springfield were up in arms over who would break in and steal money.

Lisa was livid, and thought the best way to sort things out was to get the documentary team from "Deadline Springfield" in to solve the crime. 

In doing so, everyone was put under a microscope as they tried to find a way to prove they were innocent. 

Meanwhile, Homer had some reasons for wanting Lisa to stay in Springfield. 

Would he go as far as taking her money?
