Recap

Sam is supposed to be meeting a military whistleblower but instead that man, a CPA, tries to run him down. Deeks is being recalled to LAPD. So Kensi goes alone to headquarters. The man, Don Harris, is in critical condition. Someone had cut his seatbelt. Callen posits that both of them were targets. Harris's apartment had been ransacked that morning. Sam interviews his roommate, Emma Jones. Emma says Harris is very "by the book." Sam discovers Harris's apartment is bugged. There is also a photo missing of Harris's former crush Keilani Kim, who now works as an accountant at a naval base. She hasn't been to work recently. Harris's car was hacked. Callen thinks that whoever was watching Harris tried to use the car to run down Sam. Roundtree catches a man disguised as a hospital employee who was trying to kill Harris. Gary Garrison works for Cryton Avionics. Commander James, Kim's supervisor, said Keilani frequently misses work and asked a lot of questions about Naval projects. Sam investigates Cryton Avionics headquarters, which appears abandoned. Fatima and Kensi find an armed man sneaking out of Keilani's apartment. He runs from Fatima but Kensi takes him down with a garden gnome. He is another Cryton employee. Another friend of Kim's is sign spinner Logan Smith, who Sam and Callen seek. He tries to run but he gets hit by a car. Smith knows where Keilani is. Cryton is trying to protect its nonexistent weapon, The Angry Karen. Sam speculates that Keilani told Harris about the missile and he was bringing the information to Sam. James attempts to drive away from the team but Kensi and Fatima cut him off. He comes up firing an automatic weapon but Callen sneaks up on him. Cryton and James were trying to defraud the Navy.

Callen: You sure you're all right?
Sam: Nothing a couple of beers and a good night's sleep won't cure.

I think it's actually required by law that you sing along to Journey.
