Lizzie and Josie return to the school and waste no time in complaining that Alaric did not pick them up from the airport. 

Lizzie wishes that Hope never came to the Salvatore School, and a Jinni made the wish her command. 

The school was a mess because Klaus never donated the $5 million, and the twins tried to bring new students in. 

Lizzie then found Hope, brought her to the school and Alaric embraced her as one of his own. 

When Lizzie wished again, Alaric was overweight, Josie was the cool kid, and Lizzie was the worst one of Mystic Falls High. 

With that, Lizzie had a meltdown and Hope showed up with the people from the school her father opened for her. 

Lizzie wished that Hope did not exist, and she found herself in a world with Josie dead and learning about the merge. 

Triad Industries was killing all supernatural beings and purging them from the world. 

In the end, Lizzie returned home to her normal life, but it emerged that Lizzie forgot everything.
