CBS Orders Full Seasons of First-Year Shows

by at . Comments

While no new show on any network has followed in the breakout footsteps of last season's freshman sensations (Glee, The Good Wife, Modern Family), CBS has good news for fans of a few of its first-year programs.

The most-watched network on television has ordered a full season's worth of episodes for Hawaii Five-0 (TV's highest-rated new show), Blue Bloods, Mike & Molly, $#*! My Dad Says and The Defenders.

Last week, NBC made this same decision for The Event, Outsourced, Chase and Law & Order: Los Angeles; while ordering six new scripts for Undercovers.
