E.Z. is worried about the next steps after Taza declares that there's a rat in the Mayans.

He's wrestling with trying to find a way forward that includes everyone and trying to keep those he loves safe.

He finds himself in trouble when Sofia is forced to try to save one of the Mayans and she thinks 911 has been called.

She was wrong and the Mayans look at her as she tries to keep the man's heart beating.

This causes a rift between her and E.Z. because he put her in a position that triggered her PTSD.

She's also trying to come to terms with the return of a face from her past.

E.Z. goes back to the female-led biker club and offers guns and money in exchange for help.

They reluctantly agree, but E.Z. finds himself in trouble when they talk about their "Mother."

Meanwhile, Taza visits his mother and bumps into Stephanie, who is a much better place in life.

He smiles and moves on with his day, but it seems they will be crossing paths again in the coming episodes.

Kate reaches out to Kevin's wife and they both realize they need to find out the trutgh about what happened to him.

Kate finds one of his tapes and hears E.Z. ratting out the Mayans in exchange for a plea deal.

Emily prepares to go on the run with her son but is stopped at every turn in the store.

Just when she thinks she's made it out alive, someone's mother from the past stops her and yells she's a murderer.

As a result, Emily returns home and cooks dinner for Miguel.
