Yes, in "Power Outage" next Tuesday Barry will lose his speed (courtesy of villain Blackout), but the excitement of the Farooq/The Clock King double punch is overshadowed by the pull of seeing The Arrow draw his bow ... on The Flash?!
That showdown is promising to be epic, as it begins a crossover event with Arrow.
