Things are about to get ultra Flash-y on The CW!
The speedy superhero is about to be born from Barry Allen. We all met him on Arrow Season 2 and instantly fell in love. After seeing how Oliver Queen chose to treat his gift with archery, Barry will choose to use his new superpower for good. It can't be a coincidence that The Flash Season 1 Episode 1 is titled "City of Heroes," just like a previous episode of Arrow.
We'll get a more in-depth look at the night of Barry's accident after the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator was powered up, and when he awakens we'll meet those who cared for him and who will help him discover the potential of his metahuman side.
Barry will retain his heart as he fights evil and he'll try to get the girl, too. Iris West has been the apple of his eye his entire life. Will his new confidence win her affections?
Through it all, we can expect Barry to keep an ever watchful eye for clues about his mother's real killer. While Henry Allen may be in prison for the crime, he's not at fault. Who is?
Flip around the photos and be back here on October 7 for a full review of The Flash Season 1 premiere.
