Is Katherine dead? Is Delena truly over? How awesome is Enzo? And will we ever see Bonnie again?

Plenty of questions were offered up by The Vampire Diaries Season 5 Episode 10, and our Round Table team of Miranda Wicker, Leigh Raines, Dan Forcella and Steve Marsi is now here to deliver a few answers of their own.

What was your favorite scene from the episode?
Miranda: Enzo! Enzo, Enzo, Enzo! I loved his slightly crazy way of getting their attention when all he wanted to do was tell his story. GEEZ, people! Let the hot and crazy man talk!

Dan: That moment between Stefan and Katherine. The Kat-specific emotion portrayed by Nina Dobrev was so good that I had to remind myself that it was the same person that plays Elena. She's really killing it this season.

Steve: I agree with Miranda here. The fact that Enzo was alive half a century after Damon left him to die didn't seem to resonate as much as it should have with D or the rest of the Mystic Falls gang, and it was hilarious how this infuriated his former cellblock-mate.

Leigh: I would say all of Stefan taking charge, in general. He and Damon do a great job at good cop/bad cop usually but sometimes people need to know that the nice Salvatore brother doesn't take any crap either. Take that, Wes!

Do you hope Katherine dies?
Miranda: Not at all. I've grown fond of Kat. (Unlike some other people on this site...) I like the idea of redemption and bad characters seeking to be better. It's what drew so many of us to Damon in The Vampire Diaries season 1 and when you look at Katherine and think about why she became the person she became, there's a part of me that wants to see her stick around and become a part-time hero.

Dan: No! Katherine has been the highlight of this season for all of the reasons Miranda mentioned, but also because she's making death look hot.

Steve: Nina Dobrev has been great this season in giving depth and persona to a character once used strictly as a plot device. I'm undecided, though, because this might be the best time for said character to bow out on a high note.

Leigh: Well, you all know I've been adoring Katherine lately. I'd love her to stay, but maybe she wouldn't be the same Katherine all benevolent and funny if she didn't know she was dying. Like Steve said, maybe it's time for her to bow out on a high note.

Is this really it for Delena?
Miranda: It's a purely selfish answer as they're my chosen couple, but no. I hope not. I know Ian Somerhalder said that without a little Delena drama there would be no show, but I really like the fact that Elena has finally accepted Damon for who he is despite his penchant for killing. At this point I think the problem is that Damon can't accept himself.

Dan: Yeah I don't think it's the end, but every time a new split occurs it makes me wonder how this will all end. Will Damon and Elena end up together in the long wrong? Will Stefan win her back at some point? Will Elena choose herself? Or will she choose jeans?

Steve: Obviously not. Just more contrived tension to drag out the will-they-won't-they tension through the winter break and mostly likely through the spring until they magically get back together on The Vampire Diaries Season 5 finale. Take that to the bank.

Leigh: Considering it seemed like an out of nowhere breakup with Damon being super insecure I'll say no. There will be more back and forth until the very last episode of The Vampire Diaries airs.

Biggest insult: Stefan not totally forgiving Katherine, Katherine referring to Matt as a "busboy" or Enzo calling Damon a "monster?"
Miranda: Katherine referring to Matt as a busboy. He has to be a shift manager by now at least. Right?

Dan: Busboy was the biggest insult, but it was also the funniest. That dude is everyone's lap dog and it's hilarious every time.

Steve: Damon sort of is a monster (whether that's a compliment or an insult), and Katherine doesn't totally deserve forgiveness (whether she's turning things around or not), so Matt by default. Busboy. Please. He tends bar during at least some of his double shifts.

Leigh: None of these were a shocking slap in the face to the viewers so I'm going to answer in a different fashion. The character who probably took the most insult was Katherine. She wants Stefan's forgiveness more than anything so for her that was the biggest slap in the face.

Grade The Vampire Diaries Season 5 so far.
Miranda: Some might think I'm being generous, but I'm giving TVD Season 5 a solid A-. While there have been parts that I haven't liked at all, I've really enjoyed this season so far on the whole. I'm ready for the 100th episode to get here.

Dan: I've enjoyed the start to the season, and things have certainly continued at a rapid pace, but it's not TVD at its best, so I'll go with a straight B. The loss of Klaus, Rebekah and the gang has hurt a bit.

Steve: C. We're not at the point where I've stopped watching, but it feels like the show is out of ideas and really struggling to breathe fresh life into our beloved core characters.

Leigh: B-. I still look forward to my weekly visit to Mystic Falls, but with the millions of dopplegangers, Silas drama, loss of The Originals, it just hasn't been the strongest season of TVD.
