The Good Doctor Season 3 Episode 18 revolves around big decisions.

Shaun and Claire treat a guy with a rare form of dwarfism who is balancing two girlfriends and needs brain surgery. Finn keeps encouraging Shaun to find another woman to get over Lea with but Shaun doesn't want to.

Eventually, one of Finn's girlfriends meets the other and she retaliates by smashing his car with a baseball bat. Everyone else thinks she is crazy, but Shaun likes her.

Meanwhile, Morgan considers surgery on her hands so she can continue operating. Glassman advises against it and Morgan tells Lim she is quitting surgery. However, Lim has her do a complex surgery and she changes her mind.

Morgan is part of a team with Lim and Andrews that is treating a man who lost his arms in a farming accident. Lim is opposed to amputating the man's arms, but circumstances make any other type of surgery impossible. The man doesn't want the surgery until Lim convinces him that his identity will not change just because he has prosthetic arms. The surgery is successful, but will he be able to use his artificial hands?
