Are Grey's Anatomy stars T.R. Knight (below) and Katherine Heigl staying or going?

The long-rumored departure of the unhappy duo took a new turn this week when co-star James Pickens, Jr., basically confirmed the two were out the door - only to have executive producer Shonda Rhimes shoot down the rumor last night and Pickens to take it all back.
