Gossip Girl is off this week, with "Carrnal Knowledge" airing a week from tonight. Instead, the CW will air an encore presentation of "O Brother, Where Bart Thou?" at 8 p.m.

This episode was most notable for Ed Westwick's performance as a distraught Chuck Bass, and Leighton Meester's as Blair Waldorf, coming to the aid of her dejected love.

It was also the final episode to feature Aaron Rose (even though there is no indication of him being written off the series), and the love child bombshell is dropped at the end.
