Waco Trailer: See Taylor Kitsch as David Koresh!

Taylor Kitsch is taking on one of the biggest roles of his career on Waco.
The Friday Night Lights graduate is on board to play notorious cult leader David Koresh on the 6-part event series.
In the just-released trailer for the series, we get our first glimpse at Kitsch in action as he unveils his words of wisdom to his Branch Davidian about what's coming.
“This is our time to prove through suffering that we are worthy of the miracle that’s to come," he says.
The series is based on the true story of the 1993 standoff in Waco, Texas that spanned 51 days. It got a lot of media attention back at the time.
So, it was only a matter of time before a new TV series appeared about it.
Aside from kitsch, the series also has a cast that includes the likes of Michael Shannon, Melissa Benoist, Julia Garner, John Leguizamo, Andrea Riseborough and Rory Culkin.
It will be the first big series to appear on Paramount Network, which will be the new name for Spike TV effective next year.
