Sendhil Ramamurthy Cast as Love Interest on Beauty and the Beast

He was blown up on Covert Affairs, and now he's getting set to blow the cover of Vincent Keller on Beauty and the Beast.
Sendhil Ramamurthy has been cast in the recurring role Assistant District Attorney Gabriel Lowen, The CW confirms, coming on board Episode 15 as an attorney determined to investigate a strange death that may be linked to Jay Ryan's beast.
Look for the character to interact on a personal level with Catherine, as well, with the network detailing Lowen as someone "drawn to the elusive" detective while he searches for the city's vigilante.
Ramamurthy has appeared on Covert Affairs, Heroes and The Office.
Beauty and the Beast Season 1, meanwhile, resumes on January 17.
