She's been dead for the last  four years. But this is daytime drama, and the character of Cassie Newman is returning to The Young and the Restless on May 6.

Camryn Grimes (pictured) will reprise this role during a dream sequence that finds Sharon guided by Cassie on what life would be like for Nicholas and her.

In case one ghostly spirit wasn't enough, look for Jerry Douglas to appear on the show a day earlier.

On May 5, the character returns to give advice to son Billy Abbot, who recently married Chloe and is in the process of rekindling his romance with ex-girlfriend Mackenzie Browning.
