Last night's episode of Lipstick Jungle, "Let It Be" had some major repercussions for Wendy and Joe. 

For Nico, she had to deal with a new boss that got the job she wanted and taking her relationship with Kirby public.  Victory was getting to know her contractor a little better despite her publicist's wishes.  But poor Wendy lost her job she's spent the last two decades working towards.  And Joe?  Well Joe got his heart crushed and took off London for a long time.
