It's the end of the line for Rick Grimes!
The Walking Dead Season 9 Episode 5 serves as Andrew Lincoln's final episode with the AMC hit and based on the first preview, there's a good chance Rick could be meeting his maker.
If you watch The Walking Dead online, you know that Rick was injured on The Walking Dead Season 9 Episode 4 after being stuck between two herds of walkers.
Sunday's episode is titled "What Comes After" and will write Rick out for good, while presumably setting up the next big storyline for the characters trapped in the post-apocalyptic world.
"Rick is forced to face the past as he struggles to maintain the safety of the communities and protect the future he and Carl envisioned," reads the official description of the episode.

With Jon Bernthal returning as Shane for this milestone episode, it's likely that Rick will be going in and out of consciousness and hallucinating a lot of the time.
The shape of the show will be changed for good, especially because Lauren Cohan is also set to bow out in the coming weeks as Maggie Rhee.
