You would never believe it, but the Girl of Steel has fears, according to the latest trailer for Supergirl Season 4.

“Fear. No matter how much we believe in ourselves, that never really goes away,” Kara (Melissa Benoist) says to Nia Nal (Nicole Maines).

Supergirl's Big Fight

“I think, ‘I’m not afraid of anything,’ and then something chases me back down the rabbit hole. But once we catch ourselves, we have to jump right back out there.”

Kara's words echoed through the trailer, as it showed her in a number of action-packed scenarios.

We also get our first glimpse at new villain Mercy Graves, played by the wonderful Rhona Mitra.

Supergirl is on the move with Season 4:

The CW confirmed earlier this year the series would lead the charge in its efforts to air original content on Sundays.

Kara's Struggle - Supergirl

It will be paired with the controversial reboot of Charmed. It's unlikely the shows will pull in big ratings, but they will serve as solid counterprogramming to what the other networks have on offer.

On the casting front, we know that Jeremy Jordan is no longer a series regular, and will appear on a recurring basis.

Then there's Chris Wood who will not be on the series at all.

Supergirl Quotes

Barry Allen: You can't just write yourself as a hero. It doesn't work that way.
Deegan as Dark Superman: Doesn't it, though? You were struck by lightning, I was given the book by a higher power. Both random acts of chance. This is my destiny so much more than becoming The Flash was ever yours.
Barry Allen: People don't become heroes because of circumstance. They become heroes in spite of circumstance.
Oliver Queen: You're just a cheap knockoff.

Karaoke is not for the weak. It requires either great courage or a complete lack of shame, but I like it!
