That will be the question brought to the table when Manhattan returns to WGN America for its second season this fall.

From the look of the first teaser, nobody is getting a free pass. Everybody who has breathed the air in and around the Manhattan project in Los Alamos, New Mexico, will be considered suspect and possibly treasonous.

What Manhattan does so well is ask the big questions. We can only guess at the answers, but the discussion provoked on the way to finding them is what makes Manhattan so provocative.
