Harry Dean Stanton

Stanton is an American born film and television actor. 

Growing up in Kentucky, he later went on to serve in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a cook aboard an LST ship during the Battle of Okinawa. Throughout his life he has gravitated towards the arts from singing to acting his first role onscreen was in the Tomahawk Trail (1957).

Harry has starred in many known movies some of the most notable include films like Cool Hand Luke (1967), Kelly's Heroes (1970), Dillinger (1973), The Gothfather: Part II (1974), and in Alien (1979).
