RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 3: 7 Favorite Moments From "Pop Art Ball"

at .

History lesson time: Studio 54 was the "IT" club in New York City that everyone tried to get into. The hot spot was a big part of '70s history. Unfortunately, some of these queens didn't brush on their past on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 3 Episode 5.

The fifth week of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 3 was the pop art ball. Queens brought out their inner '70s diva for a night out at Studio 54 with sickening looks that would leave everyone, especially Andy Warhol, gagging.

Trixie Mattel and BeBe Zahara Bonet rose to the occasion and ended up in the Top 2. Aja failed to bring the disco heat; she was the fifth queen sent home.

Also featured in RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 3 Episode 5 was a polaroid photo shoot, a canned runway, and outfits created from scratch!

Below, we picked out seven moments from "Pop Art Ball" that shimmered, shined and ruled under the disco ball. What were you favorite moments?

RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 3 airs Thursdays on VH1 at 8/7c.

7. Send In The Horses

RuPaul's Drag Race has done some campy things in the past to highlight the weekly theme. But, riding in on a giant fake horse definitely takes the cake! Watching the queens pose and show off their outfits on a white horse felt perfectly like Studio 54. The concept made no sense, but it was dramatic and exaggerated.

6. Andy Warhol

We've been treated to a few moments in the past when the host RuPaul joined in on the fun. When he is out of drag, he's sometimes more willing to dress up for the part. This time, he dressed up as Andy Warhol. You could tell he was loving the look, and we loved it too.

5. Recipe For The Bottom Two

Prepping for a runway look has its moments, but it's the supporting commentary from the other queens that make it a blast. When BeBe was discussing her soup for the first runway, the reactions of Trixie, Shangela and Kennedy summed up all our thoughts. ("It's just soup!") And, it led to Shangela having the best zinger of the night.

4. Aja Forgets The Past

Look, we all make mistakes and get flustered in stressful moments. Aja simply couldn't keep it together and remember the proper facts about the weekly theme. However, due to the flub, it led to a few shocking moments in front of the judges and her heartfelt plea to her fellow queens. This scene was the perfect trade-off to get everything else.

3. The Fabric Didn't Stretch!

Shangela had a rough fashion week on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 3 Episode 5. Her lack of sewing and design skills were made known before on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 3, but it had been years since then, so there was some hope things had changed. Turns it...not really. Shangela not only had trouble using the sewing machine, but the fabric she picked didn't stretch and couldn't be worn. She's lucky BeBe didn't send her home.

2. Soup-er Model

Sure, the canned outfits are a gimmick, but they're a lot of fun. Trixie had the best one of the night that perfectly showed off her personality. The look left all of the judges laughing and it showed that the real Trixie Mattel had finally arrived for the competion, especially after her failed Snatch Game. Speaking of arriving...

1. The Handmaids Arrive

The twist is finally here! After weeks of Chad Michaels and Alaska stealing the eliminated queens away, RuPaul brought them back onstage to get their "retribution." Obviously this twist will involve a queen fighting for the chance to get back into the game, but the moment caused so many questions. Why were there only three queens instead of the five eliminated? What will they have to do? Does this have any connection to the mole theory? Come on, RuPaul, spill!
