We probably all know a bitch or two in real life, but TV is full of women who take being a bitch to the extreme.
There are bitches, and then there are stone-cold bitches.
Women who murder without a thought or inspire fear in even the strongest of men.
These are the women you don't want to cross lest they unleash their horrible wrath just because they can. But sometimes they just want to make your life a living hell for no reason at all.

1. Smurf Cody - Animal Kingdom
If you want a lesson on how to be a stone-cold bitch, Smurf is a great teacher. She's a master manipulator and had people killed, including her son, his wife, and his girlfriend. She gave her granddaughter away without a second thought. And when she was young, she dumped her boyfriend for another guy in the same crew. We could go on and on, but you get the point.
2. Constance Langdon - American Horror Story: Murder House
There are many words that can be used to describe Constance Langdon, but stone-cold bitch is the most fitting. This woman not only convinced Vivien eating raw meat was the way to a healthy pregnancy, she also verbally abused her daughter. Oh, and did we mentioned she killed her husband and his lover?
3. Erika Kane - All My Children
Erika Kane is the ultimate stone-cold bitch. She's been married more times than we can count and had numerous affairs. She has lied, cheated, manipulated, and even killed to get what she wanted. But despite all her flaws, she's still one of our favorites.
4. Claire Underwood - House of Cards
Claire Underwood understood the best way to get what you want out of life is to do whatever you had to do no matter the consequences. Claire did a lot of evil things but perhaps her most defining moment was threatening a pregnant employee. You can't get more stone-cold than that
5. Edie Britt - Desperate Housewives
How stone-cold is Edie? Let us count the ways. She burned down a house, lied, faked a suicide attempt, and had numerous affairs. She did her best to ruin everyone's life, but she got her due when she was electrocuted after crashing into a light pole.
6. Amanda Woodward - Melrose Place
Ruthless and conniving, Amanda could have easily won the crown for the biggest bitch on television. She killed her ex-boyfriend and blamed someone else for it and even faked her own death -- twice! But what made her stone-cold was how evil she was to Allison on a regular basis.
7. Wilhelmina Slater - Ugly Betty
Wilhelmina didn't care about anyone but herself, and she didn't care if anyone knew it. She was hungry for power and was willing to do anything to get there. She even tried to get her sister committed to an asylum.
8. Susie Miller - Project Blue Book
We don't know Susie's entire story yet, but we do know she's a heartless, stone-cold bitch. She befriended and seduced Allen's innocent wife Mimi without a blink of the eye. And she killed her boss with that same heartless stare. Her evil knows no bounds.
9. Gemma Teller Morrow - Sons of Anarchy
There's no doubt Gemma is a badass mama who will do anything to protect herself, her kids and her business, but killing Jax's wife with a serving fork was probably the most stone-cold thing she ever did.
10. Cersei Lannister - Game of Thrones
Cersei ranks right up there with the most stone-cold bitches of all time. She's done many horrible things in her life, but having a young boy thrown out of a window because he witnessed her tryst with her brother is at the top of the list.
11. Lorraine Zimmer - Designated Survivor
Politics is full of bullshit, but Lorraine brings it to a new level. She has lied and cheated to get ahead and is one of the shadiest characters on television. But what she said to Emily was heartless, cold, and turned her into a new brand of stone-cold bitch.
12. Lilith - Supernatural
Lilith can go by many names. Little bitch. Evil bitch. But in the end, she's one helluva stone-cold bitch. Yes, we know she's evil incarnate, but man, oh, man this little girl is heartless.
13. Maya Pope - Scandal
This woman scared us to death. She's not someone you'd want to cross paths with as she is one heartless bitch. She's a murderer, a terrorist, and an abusive mother. If you get in her way, you better watch out.
14. Mary Louise Wright - Big Little Lies
Mary Louise is one miserable bitch. She doesn't care what she says and to whom she says it. The more hurtful she is, the happier she becomes. She's also a liar and couldn't even take responsibility for killing her own son -- accident or not.
15. Helena Cain - Battlestar Galactica
This woman is ruthless. She left people to die after stripping their ship of all its resources. She ruled by an iron fist using fear and her authority to get what she wanted. So, it was apropos when she was shot in the head and killed for being such a bitch.
16. Rachel Duncan - Orphan Black
Rachel is an emotionally-damaged psychopath who is ruthless, evil, and all sorts of stone cold. Sure, she's upset she can't have kids but that's no reason for her to kill and maim her way through her demented life.
17. Patty Hewes - Damages
What is it about women who have abusive childhoods that turn them into stone-cold bitches in adult life? Patty is so vain and power-hungry she one induced her own miscarriage so the unborn child wouldn't interfere with her career after it was born. Who does that?
18. Cora Mills - Once Upon a Time
The Queen of Hearts had no heart. She was a stone-cold bitch who let her power go to her head. She enjoyed killing people in a variety of ways, but her favorite was ripping out their hearts including her own at one point.
19. Octavia Blake - The 100
She may have been brave and self-confident, but she was prone to violence and killed who she wanted whenever she wanted. She even used parasitic worms on people who turned their back on her and her evil way. Now, that's stone cold.

Who cares if she has a sympathetic backstory? Aunt Lydia took her past torments to torment her victims in unspeakable ways. She's beaten women, allowed ritualized rape and even had a woman's privates ripped out for being gay. She's an evil, cold-hearted woman who deserves no empathy.
21. Anne Montgomery - What/If
Anne likes to use her wealth as a weapon. She doesn't care who she destroys, it's all fun and games to her. She's such a stone-cold bitch she even manipulated her own daughter in a sick game just to amuse herself.
22. Camila Vargas - Queen of the South
Camila thinks she's more important than she is. She thinks people owe her. And she's a manipulative bitch who knows no bounds. As Agent Finnerman said, "Camila Vargas is a cold-blooded criminal who uses loyalty as her currency."
23. Nyssa Vex - Krypton
Nyssa is willing to do anything to get what she wants. Betrayal and manipulation are only two of her many despicable traits, but there are many more hiding beneath her cool exterior.
24. Marina Andrieski - The Magicians
If you don't bow down to Marina, watch out. She's a manipulative bitch who will not hesitate to eliminate you in any way necessary if you even think about breaching your loyalty to her.
25. Alexis Carrington - Dynasty
Alexis is the Queen all stone-cold bitches. She set out to destroy her ex-husband's life and nearly succeeded. She's used feather boas to strangle. Engaged in numerous vicious catfights. And her mouth has no filter.
26. Emporer Georgiou - Star Trek Discovery
When you're an emperor, you have to be steely, but Emporer Georgiou is just a bitch. She hates everyone and will conquer and oppress any species she sees fit. And killing? Doesn't even faze her.
27. Princess Isabella - Knightfall
Princess Isabella is a wicked one. Her thirst to be Queen of France instead of being shipped off to England was unparalleled. She befriended her sister-in-law Margaret but her only intention was to kill her. She didn't do it herself but instead drugged Margaret and made it look like she took two lovers behind her husband's back. Margaret was shamed and ended up in the tower where she died not knowing exactly what she did.
