Homer, Marge, and Bart go to Milhouse's birthday party and are shocked by how extravagant it is. Homer vows to secretly destroy children's birthdays. 

"Big Birthday" comes after Homer for sabotaging all the parties. They blacklist Homer so that his children will never have a party again unless he throws Rod Flanders a party. 

Abe's Air Force buddies come to the party as part of a fly over. 

Bart meets Milhouse's cousin Annika and smokes her e-cigarette to impress her. 

Homer and Abe go to the movies with his friend. He gets mad when he misses the movie having to take him to the bathroom. 

Marge catches Bart with the e-cigarette and takes it from him. 

Bart is upset that Annika is going back to Holland prompting Abe to tell one of his Air Force stories. He flew a dangerous plane and broke the sound barrier. The plane came apart around him and he parachuted back to the ground. It turns out the woman Abe met in the bar before his flight was Homer's mom. 

Bart takes the story to mean that he needs to make a grand gesture and goes to the airport. Bart tells her that he actually doesn't like her and he's glad she's leaving.
