Alicia panicked this week when she thoughts Grace had gone missing. Even though it turned out she was only gone for a couple of hours - to be baptized - the incident made Alicia realize that she just couldn't handle her secret relationship with Will. It was all too much and she ended it.
Diane, though, thought Will was the one who dumped Alicia for the sake of the firm's future.
