On this episode of Supernatural…

Sam and Dean investigate a case involving werewolves and some missing hikers.

The two find a cabin where werewolves have the hikers.

Sam is shot, but Dean manages to patch him up a bit.

While trying to find help, the one rescued hiker suffocates Sam. They all think he dies.

Dean gets to help, but an officer stops him from getting back to Sam.

Dean is put in the hospital.

Sam comes to and fights to get to safety, even killing more werewolves in the process.

Dean tries to OD so he can talk to Billie the reaper to make a deal. He learns Sam isn’t dead.

Dean is revived.

The one hiker becomes a werewolf and tries to kill Dean, but Sam arrives just in time.

Dean doesn’t tell Sam about Billie.
