The firm voted to make Daniel managing partner of the firm, causing significant upheaval for Harvey, Donna and company.

Mike struggled with the loss of his grandmother, Rachel consistently at his side. At Grammie’s funeral, Tess, an old friend of Mike’s shows up to console him. Things are complicated when Tess kisses Mike, and proceeds to tell him she’s married.  Her marriage, however, doesn’t prevent her from getting further involved with Mike, much to Rachel’s despair.

In an attempt to console Mike, Harvey makes a visit to his apartment where the two get stoned and get the idea to pee in Hardman’s office. During this late night excursion, the two reflect on the possibility that Hardman may have planted the CM Motors memo that caused the firm to come under investigation in the first place, exposing an opportunity to expel him for good.
