Gemma is asked to corroborate Juice's story about seeing Chris Dunn leave Tara's the night of her murder. She hesitates but Rat convinces her that it's for the club. When she does identify Dunn, she also gets into a fight with Jarry calling her a dirty cop on the club's dime and sleeping with Chibs. Nero later reminds Gemma that she has to make a decision about them because he'll be leaving soon.

Unser and Sheriff Jarry learn that Juice and Gemma are lying. Chris Dunn was out of the state the night of Tara's murder. Juice's deal is revoked and he's thrown in solitary.

The Indian Hill's charter demands a vote on Jax's leadership after he killed Jury.

Jax makes a deal with August Marks. Jax will turn over the pastor's body, the sex video, and will allow August to have a chat with the son and Marks will turn Bobby back over the club. But Jax, removes the pastor's head and sews it onto another body, leaving the rest of his corpse on Pope construction property.
