Jason Hayes is tormented by a mission gone wrong that resulted in the death of his best friend, Nate. He also doesn't want to talk about it with his military appointed therapist. Clay aspires to join the SEAL Team but he is resented because of his father's book. Jason's wife has left him because he's just too heroic, but his children love him. The team goes and rescues a blond woman from some sinister Muslims, and Clay kills the head terrorist when they were supposed to bring him in alive. Jason makes it home in time to see his daughter's recital a church.
