Fitz goes to see Olivia and tells her that Jake is guilty. She still wants to see him and Rowan convinces Fitz that it's a fine idea. Jake seems really defeated and it's not clear whether or not Olivia believes him.

David Rosen reveals that Jake is transferred under Rowan's jurisdiction. Olivia flips out and tells Fitz that there will never be hope for them again if Jake isn't transferred back. Fitz makes the transfer.

Olivia's client this week was a man who was convicted of attempting to assassinate President Cooper. He claimed he was wrongly accused and Olivia took on his case so that he could have a ballistics expert try and prove his innocence. He played Olivia and was actually guilty. This sick man just wanted his 15 minutes of fame in the world of assasins.

Quinn finds the locker that the key goes to. Inside she finds a lot of photos of Olivia that make it appear that she is being stalked by somebody.
