Carlton throws his own congratulatory party for a case he solved on his own. Unfortunately, Carlton’s suspect got off by reason of insanity, prompting Carlton to seek a way to prove he’d faked it.  Henry sent Shawn and Gus in to the mental institution to test whether Bethel is really as insane as he claims.

Shenanigans ensue as Shawn and Gus attempt to blow the case wide open, and through a series of twists and turns determine the culprit to be Bethel’s brother.

Molly Ringwald and Oscar-nomimated actor Brad Dourif guest star on this new episode of Psych.
