The girls all attend a Halloween train party, but their fun quickly turns to terror as a members of the A-team (all masked) begin to harass them again. Garrett finds Spencer and tells her that he only let Jenna think he killed Ali that night. Later, he went back and saw Byron, Aria's dad, talking to Ali before he left again. Spencer is then attacked by a masked individual who seems like a woman, but has the build of man. She's saved from her attacker when Paige fights him/her off.  Aria is drugged and then put in a box next to Garrett's dead body as at least two people (one male, one female) try to push her off the train. She manages to free her hands and finds a screwdriver, which she uses to poke at one of the people trying to shove the box out. Finally, the girls find her and pull her out of the box. Later, as the police investigate Garrett's murder and Aria's kidnapping, Toby and Noel get into a fight that causes the drink carrier to spill over. As the ice and drinks fall onto the floor, so does a body bag containing Ali's corpse. The final scene of the episode shows a hand emerging the ground behind the DiLaurentis' place.
