April tries to help Andy with managing his schedule, but Andy has to do his best not to tell April that Leslie is pregnant. April begs him to tell her the whole day, but then, just in the nick of time Leslie and Ben come to the office to announce her pregnancy.

Ron and Donna go to a school function to help Ron's step-daughters with costumes and Donna tells Ron to keep her away from an old flame, Joe. Ron realizes Joe is kind and patient and tells that to Donna. Donna gives Joe another chance and lets Ron know he is a changed man. 

Meanwhile Leslie and Ben not only find out that they're pregnant and things are fine, but that they're going to have triplets! Leslie's doctor tells Leslie her stress level will need to come way down and in order to do this, Leslie runs the calmest charity auction this town has ever seen. Even when Ben gets pummeled by an angry townsperson, he tells Leslie that she needs to remain stress free.

Really, it's Ben who is so stressed out over the idea of triplets because of the amount of money it will cost them to raise three kids. But Leslie, who is typically stressed out, remains cool as a cucumber and tells Ben everything they've gone through up to this moment was practice. And everything will be fine. 

Ben and Leslie announce to the office that they're pregnant and everyone is thrilled!
