It's time for the Summer Catalog, so Leslie decides to re-unite all the living past Parks Directors together to get their input for her welcome letter. Of course, other than Ron, all of them end up being grouchy old men who only took the money for the pay, but Leslie still writes a nice letter about them.
At the picnic, Andy and April come along to help and end up flirting as usual. Andy asks April out for drinks after and they head to a bar that won't let an underage April in. April wants to try somewhere else, but Andy calls it a night.
Meanwhile, Tom clearly wants to be a professional photographer and volunteers to take pictures of Ann and Mark (with a random child) for the cover. The plot line mostly serves to show that Mark is clearly happy in the relationship, while Ann is not. Counting down the days. In the end, they end up choosing a picture of Andy and April at the picnic for the cover.
