When you watch New Girl Season 4 Episode 8 online you will join Jess and Coach as they go to a very unusal teacher conference that is being given by a woman named Brenda Brown. At the conference Jess tries to avoid her crush Ryan and when she tries to enlist Coach as a buffer it backfires and Ryan is partnered with her during all of the exercises. During the conference Jess tries to be vague with Ryan and not try to show any emotional attachment, but things get awkward when they perform extremely well together and prove that they have great chemistry together. Meanwhile, Coach goes to the bar and drinks with some other teachers while complaining about being the health teacher. Coach does not see it as an important role but the other teachers inform him that the health teacher is one of the most important teacher's in the school. This, of course, causes Coach to get freaked out and he starts questioning himself. He goes out to the pool and threatens to jump in until Jess and Ryan show up and help him realize his potential -- he drunkingly falls into the pool. Meanwhile, Winston, Schmidt and Nick have a guy's night in but before things can get crazy Schmidt accidentally spills red wine on Jess's blankets. Nick tells him to just put it in the wash but finds out that Schmidt has never done laundry before; we also find out that Winston does not know how to read a ruler. Thankfully Nick is there to teach them the ways of life.
