Major Crimes Season 6 Episode 2 continues the investigation into the disappearance of the three boys and the death of Lucas Garza.

Shortly after Lucas' body is found, the police determine that he died elsewhere and was dumped at the church. The question is why. Lucas died of natural causes -- complications from his diabetes -- and his stomach was empty so he may not have been allowed to eat. Sharon keeps his death out of the news for as long as she can, but when the FBI wants to use it to try to get the other families to talk about ransom demands they may have received, she is forced to tell the Garzas.

Mrs. Garza is very upset and blames the cops and the other families, and later wants to interfere with the autopsy. Her husband wants to cremate the body but the cops can't release it because they have to run more tests.

The investigation eventually turns up the fact that Father Jonas keeps getting transferred to other parishes -- is he a pedophile? The cops won't find out any time soon, as he disappears before they can search his room at the rectory.

Meanwhile, Rusty decides he wants a gun for protection and Sharon reluctantly gives him shooting lessons.

Major Crimes Season 6 Episode 2 Quotes

Page: The other boys knew he was diabetic so either they're dead too or they're involved.
Raydor: Not dead. It's too hard to think they're dead. And for official purposes, Lucas Garza isn't either.

Medical Examiner: Without other evidence as trauma, we have to assume that he died of complications of diabetes.
Buzz: Diabetes didn't dump his body here.
