Law & Order: SVU Season 20 Episode 4 revolves around a gang of guys who are busy raping women for each other.

A woman named Anne Whitman is with her boyfriend when a guy knocks on the door brandishing a pizza box and a gun and knocks the boyfriend out, then rapes Anne. He is wearing a motorcycle helmet. Anne has no idea who he is. The guy called her boyfriend Chad and her Stacey so the cops think maybe he had the wrong house. They interview a guy in the same complex named Chad and later learn his girlfriend had an affair with a guy who was obsessed with her after, but quickly discover he is not involved in the rapes.

There soon appears to be a serial rapist on the loose, but the cops realize that it's a bunch of guys trading rapes with each other to get revenge on girls who snubbed them.

A third rape occurs, but this time the guy is shot and killed. The cops investigate the gang of men responsible for these rapes and learn that they believe they have a Constitutional right to sex with whoever they want and that the rape and murder was personal.

Benson: So Anne, I know this is difficult, but I'm going to ask you to describe this. Any little thing you can remember may be helpful.
