Wes called Annalise and left a voicemail saying he murdered Sam and Rebecca before he died. This was used when it became clear that Denver was hiding something from them. 

Connor went missing and Michaela and Oliver searched for him. We quickly found out that Denver had him holed up to sign a confession about Annalise. 

He refused to do so and was arrested. 

Annalise met with Sylvia to confront her, but Sylvia said she had it all wrong and revealed that Wes was not Wallace's son -- he was Charles'.

Annalise bickered with her that she killed her son, but the woman just got up and walked off without a care in the world. 

Annalise went to Denver to reveal that she could go ahead and take him out because of the burner phone, but she managed to broker a deal to keep her and Frank out of prison. 

Later, Frank offered himself to Annalise. 

Michaela, Asher and Laurel went to trap Charles. Laurel got set to kill him, but found out that her dad's friend, Dominic was in town. it was revealed that Dominic murdered Wes and her father was in on it all along. 

Annalise revealed to the AA meeting that she had lost her son.
