Recap
- The residents make their decisions about where to go next year. Meredith to Boston, Alex to Hopkins, Yang to Mayo. We don’t know where Jackson is planning on going yet.
- Cristina and Owen hook up and then she tells him she is leaving.
- Arizona’s friend Nick is getting surgery, but his cancer is everywhere and they have to close him up.
- Owen admits to Teddy that he slept with someone else.
- Mark is torn about Lexie and Julia.
- Owen has to let April go for next year, he can’t afford it in the budget. Jackson finds her at the bar but she is angry and leaves.
- A bunch of the doctors head on a small plane to Boise to assist in a conjoined twins case. The plane crashes.
Meredith: Get this baby out of me safely and you can have whatever you want.

I hope this morning went over well when you deroppd her off. How awesome is that that they sent you picture messages! I mean I don't know any daycare that would do that!

I figured the time was coming for someone to leave the show or for the series to come to an end. I will be sad either way.

I really hope that they don't kill off Derek. If he is no longer on the show, I will not watch Grey's.

The residents determine their future as they make their final decisions regarding post residency positions; Mark admits to Derek that he is torn between his love for Lexie and the fact that Julia can give him everything he’s ever wanted; Ben plans something extra special for Bailey, but she is preoccupied with her work; and Arizona encourages her childhood friend, Nick, to have surgery. Meanwhile a couple on their third honeymoon come to the hospital complaining of mysterious symptoms.
