But after a witness is murdered, Jim suspects it is a police officer that is the killer.

Jim learns of further corruption involving Arnold Flass, who is protected, and other assocites of his.

After one cop who works with Arnold is threatened to give up Arnold, along with a recording and the murder weapon, Jim arrests Arnold.

Meanwhile, Fish and Butch manage to escape their deaths but are hunted down by victor Zsaz. Butch takes a bullet for Fish, and Fish manages to escape. She is helped by Harvey and the two exchange a kiss.

Bruce tries looking for Selina, but she tells him she doesn't know what his parents' murderer looks like. Bruce, upset, is more determined to solve the case.

Oswald becomes the new boss of Fish's old club, even having a sit down with Jim and trying to help him.
