With the launch of the new eyePhone, the Planet Express world and entire planet got one and became addicted to a Twitter-like app where they shared their status, photos and videos.  As Bender got the most followers, soon he and Fry entered a competition to see who could get the most followers.  Bender relied on cheap gags while Fry try to genuinely earn followers.  When about to lose, and stuck jumping into a pool of goat poo/vomit, Fry took a video of Leela's singing boil named Susan.  Get it?  Susan Boyle.  Is this thing on?  The two idiots both reach one million Twitter followers.

Meanwhile, Mom, the woman behind the eyePhone and the Steve Jobs of the year 3000, awaits the first person to reach a million followers to launch her virus... a virus that turns everyone into zombies that buy the next eyePhone.
