-After Lois leaves Stewie in Peter's care for the afternoon, she is disappointed to find that he left Stewie alone in the park and then took the wrong baby home.

-Lois tells Peter that he's stupid.

-Determined to get back in Lois's favor, Peter begins to take travel assignments around the country for work, and becomes exponentially more intelligent and cultured in the process.

-At first, Lois is delighted by the changes in Peter, but she soon becomes disillusioned.

-She develops a plot to bring back the old, stupid Peter: send him to Tucson, Arizona.

-It works, and dumb Peter is returned to his welcoming family.
