On Legends of Tomorrow Season 3 Episode 15, Sara experiences dreams of a little girl and is called by the death totem to become the bearer of the totem and be one of the six to help stop Mallus.

Not giving in, Sara is then tempted by herself and the contemplation of bringing her sister back from the dead by having dominion over the dead, but it's discovered, by Constantine, why Mallus is connected to the death totem: the sixth tribe of Amaya's people sided with Mallus and forced the other five tribes to turn against them and keep Mallus from getting his hands on death and a link to the world.

After being controlled by Mallus, Death Witch shuts down Gideon and the ship after attacking Ray and begins to pick off the Legends one by one, leading Nate to wield the earth totem, while Amaya, Zari, and Mick attempt to hold off Sara and try to get her back from Mallus' realm without hurting her.

Meanwhile, Ava tracks down Constantine and tries to find Sara and the Legends, but she's distracted by thoughts of Sara and Constantine sleeping together in the 60s.

And Sara and Nora face off in limbo.
