-David and Linda, an interracial couple are found shot to death in their vehicle. Murder-suicide is ruled out when David is found with two bullets in his head.
-The detectives believe the couple was murdered by a violent racist. Megan thinks that Linda's bad tempered ex-boyfriend may be the culprit.
-Linda's own father actually committed the crime. When David insisted on proposing to Linda, Dad used a gun to scare him off. It accidentally went off, killing Linda. In a grief stricken rage, he then shot David.
-Megan tries to get closer to her daughter Lacey but the girl is feeling smothered and asks for space. Megan is confused but tells Lacey she's willing to back off and let her make the next move.
