Doris Cooper, a dying woman abducts Erin to plead her son's case. Timothy has been awaiting trial for 2 years and Doris believes he's innocent of murder.

Erin investigates and finds out that a witness lied and Timothy is released. Although angry about the abduction, Erin chooses to let Doris go as well.

Danny and Baez investigate the murder of drag queen Tiffany Lamp. Tiffany was engaged and her club manager was jealous. He killed her and stole her expensive engagement ring. 

Deputy Chief Sal Deluca not only harasses Det. Baker but he makes anonymous videos speeding through Manhattan and posts them online. Franks lets Baker run with the case and she uses a drone to follow the car back to his brother-in-law's place of business.  The brother-in-law is arrested for doing the actual driving and DeLuca's consequences are sure to follow.
