-Ray Milo, who was working for Erin as an informant to take down a corrupt contractor is shot and killed. Danny and Jackie investigate his murder.
-Ray's wife, Jenna is furious that Erin didn't protect her husband.
-Danny and Jackie find the killer, Billy Reese and when they find his gun he confesses that he was hired by Parker Rollins, the man whose construction site Ray had helped shut down.
-They also find that Parker was having an affair with Jenna Milo and that's how he knew Ray was the informant.
-An online video shows a police officer hitting an elderly man for no apparent reason. There is a public outcry that Frank must address.
-Frank decides to begin to prosecute the officer which allows him to subpoena the blogger who posted the video and forces him to turn over the unedited version. That version shows that the old man was trying to grab the officer's weapon and the officer was defending himself.
Frank: I can be your top cop Grace. It doesn't make me your guy. World of difference there.
