... As her doctor explains that she has a lesion which may be malignant, Carly asks to delay treatment for a few days. Dr. Evers somberly apologizes and reports that the lesion is growing and he gives her a few months or less to live. Carly decides not to believe him and boasts that she'll get another opinion...

... At the farm, Carly lies to Sage that she is fine...

... When she tries to convince her daughter to skip dance class, Jack accuses her of trying to take their daughter. Later, Carly tells Brad, she's dying. Dusty overhears Win threaten Lily because of what her son is trying to do to Noah. When Dusty mentions Charlene Wilson's name to the colonel and he overreacts, Dusty guesses he found the murder suspect...

... Later, he passes out in his hotel room. Luke (Van Hansis) warns Noah that his relationship with his father will never change until Noah "comes out" but Noah walks out. Maddie lets Luke know that she doesn't want to see him. He reminds her that he didn't seduce Noah and isn't responsible for the lies Noah told her.

... Maddie (Alexandra Chando) accuses Luke of getting exactly what he wanted....

... Looking for Luke, Lily advises Noah what his father ordered her to do and tries to give him advice. Noah claims nothing can change his father. Vienna helps Jack surprise Katie with his plans for their honeymoon but when it turns out to be an island getaway, she doesn't like it because it reminds her of Simon...

... Later, after Vienna clues her in, Katie tells Jack she will go to the island. When a smug Craig boasts to Rosanna that he can't be tried again for the same crime, she reveals that she now remembers why he ran her off the road and will send him to prison for switching babies...

... She adds that nurse Tompkins will testify on her behalf...
