Oliver is on his way to drop the bomb on Starling City.

Team Arrow wakes up, dubious as ever. Malcolm assures them it was all part of their plan. He inoculated them all from the virus, which apparently puts you to sleep now. They just had to wait for the thunder. 

Barry shows up and Felicity outs him to Malcolm. He thinks the Hot Tub is really cool. 

Ra's is angry the plane is going down. Oliver Queen is assuring Ra's of his name and protecting Nyssa. While Nyssa fights off several gentleman, Ra's and Oliver chat and then begin to do battle. Thankfully, they're on a cargo plane flying low or they'd all be sucked out. 

Ra's will come for Oliver again and again until Oliver's end of days as soon as his city perishes.

Hong Kong flashback and awkwardly Oliver is getting some of Akio's ashes. So he takes a handy dandy bow and arrow and shoots General Shrieve.

Everyone is home in Starling City. Malcolm is in charge. Nobody wants to listen to him until Diggle says to do so. Oliver and Nyssa meet up with the group just in time for Diggle to punch Oliver in the face and Felicity to make a quirky quip about him and Nyssa being on their honeymoon.

Oliver's initial plan was to die by going down with the plane and the virus. 

Nonetheless, Dig and Felicity have no desire to forgive him so Oliver flashes back to Hong Kong.

Ra's wants to kill Damien Darhk. Oh brother. It was all about revenge? 

Everyone heads out to do stuff. Oliver finds a man he thinks is Damien, but it's not. It's a recognizable face, though.

Ra's calls Oliver. He's set things in motion. The city will perish soon.

Laurel goes to see her dad. He's drinking. Controlled drinking, apparently. There doesn't seem to be a reason to the visit other than to point out he's fallen so far off the likability chart we don't care if he dies.

Another flashback of Maseo and Tatsu blathering about love.

Felicity delivers Oliver coffee and he talks about his dream when he was getting thrust with the sword. But now he lives. Felicity gives him her signature pep talk. Feeling something is his key to fighting Ra's. Fighting to live.

Speedy helps Diggle take down the guy who was supposed to have the virus. Whoops, he IS the weapon. Nobody is carrying the weapon, they are the weapon.

Ra's and Oliver fight up on the dam. They look ridiculous. 

Felicity worries about Oliver and wants Ray to fly on over and save him. Oliver has it. He kills Ra's and gets shot by the police. What appears to be ATOM swoops in and saves Oliver. But it's not ATOM. It's Felicity and she saves Oliver. 

Stuff happens, but who cares? 

Oliver quits. Speedy steps up. Diggle is annoyed. Oliver makes Malcolm the next Ra's al Ghul and Oliver and Felicity ride off into the sunset.
