- the doctor talks about the bleakness of geriatric pregnancies. He implies that they should terminate.
- Mateo gets a tattoo.
- They respond to a call and Judd knows the man who had a heart issue. It's Grace's father, and he's having an affair.
- Judd urges him to tell Grace and his wife the truth, but he lies and ropes Judd into lying too. Judd is pissed.
- Paul and TK don't want to tell Mateo that his tattoo is spelled wrong. They try to get Marjan to tell him because they don't want to.
- Owen and Tommy talk about kids and she figures out that Gwyn is pregnant. She gives him some advice since she had her twins later in life.
- A young woman is on her way to college when she tells her father that she doesn't want to go. They get in an accident.
- A bunch of two ton beams are pressing against the father and son. One is crushing the daughter's chest.
- The father is impaled and didn't even realize it. They tell him the news and he tells Owen whatto say to his daughter before he dies.
- Marjan tells Mateo about his tattoo. He's upset when he realizes the people at the tattoo shop were making fun of him.
- Owen and Gwyn debate their options and think that they should maybe terminate.
- Judd is acting strangely at dinner with the Vegas. Judd tells them the truth.
- Judd is struggling trying to figure out what to tell Grace.
- Grace gets a domestic call where a woman called for pizza. Grace talked her through it until help came. The girl got to jump out of a window into the blowup pad to catch her.
- It prompts Grace to think about what people don't say and she figures out what may have happened with her father. She pulls up the call and listens. It breaks her heart.
- Grace tries to tell her mother about her father's affair. But she couldn't do it.
- Owen and Gwyn decide to keep the baby.
- Judd tells Grace the truth but she tells him that she already knows. She's upset and sad though.
