Tracy is acting as crazy as ever and it's getting on Liz's nerves.  Once the cameras for his wife's reality show come around, he begins acting nice towards Liz.  After Liz uses that to her advantage Tracy comes up with new ways to say mean things without them getting on television.

As Jack embarks in the new era of his job with Kabletown as the new company, he wants to start strong by planning a benefit special for every disaster he can think of so that NBC is the only network airing it on the first night. An actual disaster finally occurs but it's to Mel Gibson's private island so Jack's plan backfired.

Jack puts the writers' room in charge of coming up with every different kind of disaster there is, but they soon try to figure out a plan for when one of these disasters actually hit.  Since Lutz is the only one with a car, they suck up to him so that they can be one of the people that gets away safely.
