The episode opened with Caroline and Max beginning their nightly routine of baking cupcakes when a cop knocks on the door to tell them that their upstairs neighbor had died two weeks ago.

Shortly afterwards a new neighbor moves in that plays the Bee Gees and stomps around. It turned out that the new neighbor was a woman from Poland. When the girls went up to confront her, they found she had a room full of women and a swing in her apartment. 

Believing that she was a hooker or Madame, when she offered them a job to help build their business they turned her down. When the found out she ran a maid service, the smoothed things over with her.
