Miranda: The FBI and the CIA used to be able to do whatever they wanted in the name of national security, but over the years, laws have been passed, rightfully, to keep us from crossing the line.
Matthew Keyes: We believe that some people in the agency decided that they are done with these laws. They want the old ways restored - no accountability, no rules, no oversight.
